We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Education Assistant to join our team at Respond, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our early learning centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the EHS Teacher with planning, carrying out classroom activities, and maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
  • Support students in completing assignments and staying on task, promoting academic success and personal growth.
  • Help maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff members.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher preferred.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $15.13 to $17.13, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, holidays, and more.
