Urban Education Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Urban Education Specialist to join our team at Respond Inc., a leading organization dedicated to empowering early education in urban settings.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $54,272 to $89,972 per year, commensurate with experience.
- The successful candidate will work in our North Camden Centers, delivering high-quality educational services to students in Prekindergarten classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs, ensuring exceptional academic performance and progress.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and community stakeholders through effective communication and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and data tracking, using insights to inform instructional planning and improvement strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution required; P-3 certification and 5 years of experience working with children essential.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, developmentally appropriate practices, and inclusive education methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in computer software for recordkeeping and documentation.
