Customer Service Representative

At SP Plus Corporation, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless parking experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Assist customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
- Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes and ensure a smooth flow of traffic through the facility.
- Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management.
- Count and reconcile revenue at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events.
The work environment is subject to moderate to loud noise levels, extreme hot and cold temperatures, and exposure to vehicle emissions.
