Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
  • Support the sales floor team, assisting with tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering customer questions.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
