**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Certas Energy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, cash management, and stock management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
