- Maintain all departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Initiate or process adjustments or perform other research as needed to resolve inquiries.
- Follow through on complaints until resolved or report to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a professional setting performing tasks such as customer support or insurance verification.
- Efficient in using a Windows PC computer and navigating software systems.
- Proof of highest level of education.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
