Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent at MCR Hotels is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing the administrative processes of the hotel. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
  • Document guest requests, complaints, or problems, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Brand knowledge and experience.
