Role Summary:
We are in search of a product marketing professional eager to contribute to a leading company within a rapidly expanding market segment valued at $64 billion. A successful Product Marketing Director will spearhead cross-functional revenue initiatives to achieve significant outcomes. As the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow's Low Code & Intelligent Automation offerings. You will collaborate with our product divisions and sales teams to enhance awareness, articulate strategic objectives, and drive growth. Your passion for crafting compelling customer narratives and experiences will be essential in developing a comprehensive product marketing strategy and executing it effectively across various functions.

  • Lead a new and rapidly growing go-to-market initiative that encompasses our entire organization.
  • Develop unique positioning and messaging informed by market insights, customer understanding, and sales feedback.
  • Create engaging and innovative content for sales, campaigns, and influencers to boost customer and market awareness.
  • Oversee messaging for product and sales launches, working closely with product management, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to enhance pipeline growth.
  • Partner with industry marketing and product teams to create pioneering messaging and solutions that unlock new markets and opportunities.
  • Equip sales teams with effective enablement materials that clearly convey the value and differentiation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership for campaigns, analyst engagement, and selling differentiation.
  • Engage with the analyst community to effectively communicate our value proposition and vision.
  • Act as the primary advocate for ServiceNow's differentiation in Low Code & Intelligent Automation at industry events.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software focusing on application development, automation, or AI.
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and executing insight-driven, content-led marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • A results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the needs of IT, application development, and automation leaders across diverse organizations and industry sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with peers, colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
