Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Concord. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the curriculum for the school, working closely with the team to increase enrollment, and ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitary requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students and align with state and national standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective implementation of curriculum and provide support as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitary requirements, including state and county regulations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase enrollment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a curriculum coordinator or assistant director in a NC child care facility.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of NC Licensing Regulations and Sanitation Requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with classroom curriculum and administration of classroom operations.
  • Ability to drive a 14-passenger bus on school route and summer camp.
