Position Summary

This position is tasked with delivering planned program and rollout support for our extensive retail location portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of planned rollout initiatives across our retail network, which includes equipment upgrades, tire shelving repairs, and store renovations.
  • Manage vendor performance and validate contract pricing for all planned initiatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding project scheduling and completion.
  • Oversee the management and execution of an on-demand equipment replacement program, ensuring timely completion within established pricing and scheduling parameters, averaging 200 locations annually.
  • Resolve warranty issues for new stores by collaborating with construction managers, developers, general contractors, and field operations teams.
  • Establish and manage new planned programs, including overseeing the RFP process for new services.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by real estate leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate real estate setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction management.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the capability to solve problems independently.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating across various functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lucernex is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
