Senior Living Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on the role of Executive Director at Great Lakes Management. This leadership position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and are skilled in guiding teams towards achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance benchmarks and operational goals, providing ongoing support to nurture their professional development.
- Monitor financial performance and engage in the preparation of annual budgets, ensuring adherence to monthly financial compliance.
- Review monthly financial reports and oversee billing processes for residents.
- Create an environment that promotes high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Engage regularly with residents and their families to build and maintain positive relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conducting satisfaction assessments.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and encourage all staff to do the same.
- Assist marketing teams in executing effective strategies and analyze occupancy trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations within the community.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) as recognized by the BELTSS Board.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for effective task management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles to support financial responsibilities.
- Adept at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel, financial, and sensitive information.
- Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and access to a vehicle.
