SHIFT: Evening (2pm-10pm)

PAY RANGE: $ /hr (Dependent on Experience, Negotiable)


We are currently seeking dedicated CAREGIVERS to support our Senior Living Facility in Vadnais Heights, MN. Our community features 32 beds dedicated to Memory Care and Assisted Living. If you have experience as a CNA or Caregiver, we would be interested in your application.


Position Summary

Suite Living Senior Memory Care & Assisted Living specializes in providing Memory Care and tailored Senior Services within a professionally managed environment. Our caregiving team boasts over 20 years of expertise in Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. We create individualized care plans to ensure that each resident's unique needs are met, allowing residents to pay solely for the services they require.

We are looking for compassionate and professional caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess patience, friendliness, and exceptional communication skills. You should be capable of following instructions and performing a variety of tasks to assist clients effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and movement within the facility
  • Support clients with personal hygiene and care
  • Facilitate physical therapy exercises for clients
  • Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with the Dietary Manager
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks that clients are unable to complete
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Report any unusual occurrences
  • Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations

Qualifications
  • Willingness to administer medications (Training provided)
  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver required (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR)
  • CNA Certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care settings highly preferred
  • Familiarity with medication administration preferred
  • Strong knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • Must demonstrate respect, compassion, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
