LOCATION(S): Must be willing and able to travel to various locations in the North Metro and South Metro areas

TYPE: Part-time or Full-time

SHIFT(S): AM (6am-2pm)

Suite Living Senior Care is looking for dedicated Caregivers to join the Float Pool Staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience while working across multiple communities in the Twin Cities area. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and be prepared to travel to 18 Suite Living Communities. Responsibilities include delivering personal care and delegated nursing services, rotating between locations monthly, and traveling to communities as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with personal care tasks as outlined in the assignment sheet/client care plan
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and the use of assistive devices
  • Provide medication reminders, monitor vital signs, and communicate changes to the RN
  • Build rapport with residents, lead activities, and offer companionship
  • Assist with treatments and therapies as assigned
  • Accurately document services rendered and adhere to safety protocols and reporting procedures

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver in a Senior Living or similar setting
  • CNA certification is preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available to travel to all locations
