Senior Living Executive Leader Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to set performance and operational goals
Provide ongoing support to encourage professional growth within the team
Monitor financial performance and engage in the creation of annual budgets
Review monthly financial reports and oversee resident billing procedures
Regularly interact with residents and families to address concerns and conduct satisfaction assessments
Assist marketing personnel in executing effective strategies and analyzing occupancy data
Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations
Senior Living Executive Leader Qualifications:
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Adept at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders
Possesses a valid driver's license
