Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at our Senior Living Community in Vadnais Heights, MN. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication management and administration
  • Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and walking
  • Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs
  • Participate in recreational activities and social events to promote engagement and well-being
  • Report any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Caregiver (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) required
  • CNA certification preferred but not required
  • Experience in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
