We are in search of dedicated CAREGIVERS to support our Senior Living Community. Our facility specializes in Memory Care and Assisted Living, providing a nurturing environment for our residents.


POSITION SUMMARY

Suite Living Senior Memory Care & Assisted Living offers specialized services in a professionally managed environment. Our experienced care team has over 20 years of expertise in Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. We create individualized care plans to ensure that each resident's unique needs are met, allowing them to receive only the services they require.

We are looking for compassionate and professional caregivers to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess patience, friendliness, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow directions and perform various tasks to assist clients effectively.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer prescribed medications to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and movement within the facility
  • Support clients with personal hygiene and care
  • Facilitate physical therapy exercises for clients
  • Plan and prepare meals with guidance from the Dietary Manager
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks that clients are unable to complete
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Report any unusual occurrences
  • Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to undergo training for medication administration
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) required
  • CNA Certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care settings is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with medication administration is preferred
  • Knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) is essential
  • Must demonstrate respect, compassion, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
