Position Summary

The Terrain Park Operations Leader will enhance the Terrain Park experience for both staff and guests. You will play a crucial role in the design, construction, shaping, and upkeep of the terrain parks for our visitors.

Position Specifications:

Anticipated Pay Rate: $23.72 / hour Work Schedule: Full Time Days, with some evening shifts. Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Required Skill Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

Guide Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers through daily operations and nightly design and construction activities Conduct daily risk assessments, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all park features Direct leads, attendants, and operators to efficiently complete projects and general maintenance tasks Collaborate with Ski Patrol on incident investigations Serve as a communication link between attendants and upper management as well as other departments Assist in formulating nightly grooming strategies for Terrain Parks Oversee park operations and decision-making in the absence of management Act as a role model for employee development and guest service initiatives Facilitate training for Terrain Park Attendants, including the use of all necessary tools and equipment Continuously develop standard operating procedures and best practices Perform other assigned duties as needed

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in terrain park operations - preferred Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors in alpine conditions Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must possess personal ski or ride equipment

The anticipated pay range for this position is $23.72. This reflects the compensation we expect to offer for this role, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
