Position Summary:
Become an integral part of our Retail/Rental Stores or Food & Beverage operations and enjoy an unparalleled benefits package. As a Warehouse Crew member, you will receive training for an active role that involves receiving, organizing, and distributing goods to ensure our stores and restaurants are fully stocked for an exceptional guest experience.
Position Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $23.76 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
- Skill Level: Advanced
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete physical tasks related to picking, packing, and delivering goods.
- Be open to learning warehouse operations and utilizing tools – training will be provided.
- Oversee daily operations.
- Guide and mentor fellow warehouse staff.
- Assist in the ongoing training of team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold safety standards.
- Acquire knowledge in Retail/Rental/Food & Beverage operations.
- May assist other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds, along with other physical demands.
- Capability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
The expected pay range is $23.76. This represents the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
