Job Overview

The Terrain Park Operations Lead is responsible for enhancing the Terrain Park experience for both staff and guests. You will play a key role in the design, construction, shaping, and upkeep of the terrain parks.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $23.72 / hour Schedule & Shift Availability: Full Time Days, with some evening shifts. Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Skill Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers in daily operations and nightly design and construction tasks Conduct daily risk assessments, feature inspections, and maintenance checks on all park features Guide leads, attendants, and operators in completing projects and general maintenance efficiently and safely Collaborate with Ski Patrol during incident investigations Serve as a communication link between attendants and upper management, as well as other departments Assist in developing nightly grooming strategies for Terrain Parks Make operational decisions in the absence of the manager Act as a role model for employee development and guest service initiatives Facilitate training for Terrain Park Attendants, including the use of necessary tools and equipment Continuously improve standard operating procedures and best practices Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in terrain park operations - preferred Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors in alpine conditions Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must possess personal ski or ride equipment

The expected pay range is $23.72. This is the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual salary decisions based on various factors.
