Job Overview

The Chief Terrain Park Supervisor will oversee the Terrain Park experience for our staff and visitors. You will play a crucial role in the design, construction, shaping, and upkeep of the terrain parks for our guests.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $23.72 / hour Schedule & Shift Availability: Full Time Days, some nights. Weekdays, weekends, holidays. Skill Level: Advanced

Job Duties:

Lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers effectively through daily Terrain Park Operations and nightly design and construction plans Conduct daily risk assessments, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features Guide leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance efficiently and systematically Collaborate with Ski Patrol on incident investigations Serve as a liaison between attendants and upper management and other departments Assist in developing nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks Manage park operations and decision-making in the absence of the manager Exemplify employee development and guest service initiatives Facilitate all training for Terrain Park Attendants, including the implementation of necessary tools and equipment Continuously develop standard operating procedures and Best Practices Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of terrain park experience - preferred Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - preferred Must possess a valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in alpine conditions Capacity to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must have personal ski or ride equipment

The expected pay range is $23.72. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
