About the Role

Armanino is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Transformation Practice Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving operational improvement projects across our internal client support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts for the rollout of transformation activities, collaborating closely with the Senior Director, Transformation, Department Operational Leaders, and Internal Operational Team.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring socialization and approvals are received for each plan.
  • Measure the success of change management efforts, escalating risks and developing solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation Office and internal Operations teams to ensure alignment and support process improvement and change management firmwide.
  • Evaluate recommended changes and ensure implementation schedules do not interfere with business operations.
  • Arrange and facilitate post-implementation review activities for changes.
  • Participate in incident and problem analysis for possible consequences of a change and its implementation.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging business processes, system architecture, and opportunities to develop solutions consistent with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the firm's communications team to align and cascade communications with key stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing business projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience managing communication plans, business projects, organizational change management, business process analysis, transformation, and/or project management.
  • Experience working with a dispersed organization and team.
  • Knowledgeable about Professional Services Organization operations and technologies and preferably has experience in the Accounting or Financial Services industry.
  • Exposure to RPA, AI, or data analytics and ability to identify opportunities for improvement using specific capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels across all departments, including developing presentations, conducting workshops, and hosting recurring progress meetings.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; ability to identify and drive solutions using creativity and a willingness to try unproven ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Workfront.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking Certification, or PMP.
