Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper execution of all brand standards, managing and leading operations crew during scheduled shifts, and communicating professionally with all departments in the venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of all brand standards and ensure consistency across the venue
  • Manage and lead operations crew during scheduled shifts, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with all departments in the venue, including management, team members, and community
  • Lead all functional areas related to Front of House (FOH) Operations, including customer service, inventory management, and cost control
  • Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with Back of House (BOH) teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer experiences
  • Utilize data and resources to understand and report on store performance, making recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accountability for all in-house checks and cash balancing, adhering to corporate policy
  • Apply inventory and cost control standards on a weekly basis, ensuring optimal profitability
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a schedule consistent with restaurant/bar volume
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as math aptitude
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length
  • Good sense of balance, ability to bend and kneel, and ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be 21 years old and over
