Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

The Crowne Plaza Baton Rouge is seeking a skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant operation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to local and hotel guests
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance our Sunday Brunch and Friday Seafood Buffet offerings
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing kitchen team
  • Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage food costs and maintain profitability
  • Develop and implement loss prevention procedures
Requirements:
  • Formal culinary training and documentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in kitchen management and team leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills
