**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and guests
• Manage inventory, ordering, and production planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective food preparation
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our culinary team remains competitive and innovative
**Requirements:**
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a senior living or hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
