Success in this role requires a commitment to clear processes and the ability to:
  • Accurately and efficiently ensure the quality of all data entry necessary for processing prescription orders for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Engage with providers to confirm prescriptions through outbound calls and electronic communication.
  • Effectively assess and prioritize customer service and pharmacy technician duties.
  • Proactively address and rectify data discrepancies.
We provide training to equip our team for success, and every member contributes to our collective achievements.In this position, you will be responsible for achieving the following daily metrics:
Provider communication calls
Processing refill requests from providers
Processing patient orders
