- Accurately and efficiently ensure the quality of all data entry necessary for processing prescription orders for patients and healthcare providers.
- Engage with providers to confirm prescriptions through outbound calls and electronic communication.
- Effectively assess and prioritize customer service and pharmacy technician duties.
- Proactively address and rectify data discrepancies.
