We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales staff and community in achieving our marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide marketing support services to the sales staff, including timely administration of sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our community and services.
- Utilize sales processes, systems, and forms to track information, compile data and reports, and meet or exceed community revenue goals.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations to ensure unit turn over (UTOs) and maintain unit availability listings for the sales team.
- Assist with scheduling and executing events, including lead generation and lead advancement events, and maintain and organize RSVP lists for events.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- A minimum of one year administrative experience required, preferably in the retirement, hospitality, or medical industry with a proven track record of focus on customer service.
- Additional education can be substituted for years of experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $24.90 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans. We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
