Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at MAT Holdings, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for HD OEM customers, ensuring timely action execution, and communicating results to internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, targeting discretionary purchases, new markets, and opportunities for OEM and Service distribution channels.
  • Determine competitors' relative strengths and weaknesses and communicate them to marketing and sales groups.
  • Gain access to relevant customer information on suspension system programs/promotions and communicate to applicable teams.
  • Represent the company in production discussions to minimize miscommunication and maximize coordination.
  • Spearhead efforts within OEMs to gather sales data in a format measuring the sales organization's effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update files for designated accounts.
  • Gather and analyze competitive information to assess our relative position for subsequent action determination.
  • Provide consultant resources to OEM Service marketing/sales organizations by developing marketing programs and sales promotions tailored to each OEM's unique strengths.
  • Consult customers to develop aftermarket strategies leveraging Gabriel's experience in the same channel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with major HD OEM organizations such as Navistar, Hendrickson, SAF Holland, etc.
  • Experience working with OEM and Aftermarket Customers.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience, preferably in heavy-duty products.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proven organizational abilities to successfully interact, develop, maintain, and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated strong product and technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
