Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients' customers. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, providing product details, and assisting customers with a focus on empathy and effective problem resolution. A willingness to listen, learn, and address customer concerns is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using knowledge gained during training and available resources.
- Identify customer needs to ensure accurate and complete information is provided.
- Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications.
- Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
- Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality laws and requirements.
- Support other team members during peak workloads or absences.
