  • Technical Support

  • Security Administration
    • Request and manage security access, including security updates and audits.
    • Report and track security-related issues and incidents.
    • Maintain an encryption log for devices and forecast hardware and software needs.
    • Provide quarterly technology reviews and maintain non-computer device inventories.
    • Provide timely reports to management and participate in meetings with technology updates.
  • Self Development
    • Attend monthly Tech Teleconference meetings and engage in ATS community platforms.
    • Communicate self-development needs and prepare an annual self-development plan.
    • Develop skills in coaching and communication, and seek new education and assignments.
    • Implement process improvements and contribute to the growth and development of the technical operations team.
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency with Apple Products, including expertise in managing and maintaining technology hardware and software, including security tools.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge, including understanding of encryption, security software, and protocols to protect data.
  • Communication Skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical updates and training to staff and advisors.
  • Problem-Solving, including strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Compliance Awareness, including familiarity with company protocols and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
