Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement quality control measures to improve claims adjudication.
  • Prioritize key project tasks and deliverables, and identify project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Nursing, MIS, or an IS-related field.
  • Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Nursing, MIS, or an IS-related field may be substituted.
