Compensation Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Management Specialist to join our team at CCS IT. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation plans, including salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and variable pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand and capture requirements into formal documents.
- Design and implement compensation plans, including salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and variable pay.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Compensation module to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure all compensation practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze reports on compensation metrics.
- Support HR Department in day-to-day business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP/SuccessFactors.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
- Expertise in security and role management of SuccessFactors.
- Certification in Employee Central and Compensation Management is a must.
