Job Summary

The Business Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Sustainment Leadership Team by managing various support functions, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. This position is responsible for reporting, budgeting, expense management, accounts payable, payroll, human resources, personnel, and procurement actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and accounts payable to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll, human resources, and personnel actions to support the team.
  • Procure goods and services to meet the needs of the Sustainment Leadership Team.

Requirements

A high school diploma and five years of relevant experience in business management, project management, or administrative services, or a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in business management, project management, or administrative services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to work effectively across broad organizational levels.

Additional Requirements
