Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Administrator to provide sales operational support and enhance CRM design and adoption. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field and be proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales processes, pipeline management, budgeting, and assist with annual retail planning
- Review and identify opportunities for existing sales processes
- Lead the development of reporting tools and templates
- Plan and execute sales training webinars, sales conferences, communications
- Assist regional manager with making informed, data-driven decisions to effectively administer sales programs
- Coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding, data reconciliation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales or a related field (operations and/or marketing)
- Proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of project management
- Able to deliver formal presentations to internal and external customers
