      • Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
      • Solid understanding of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
      • Industry-specific software proficiency (e.g. Aspire) preferred.
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in business management, horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not required.

      • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
