About the Insurance Broker Position
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join Alchemy Financial Group and contribute to our business development activities. As an Insurance Broker, your primary duties will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure the stability and growth of our company's revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to develop effective risk management strategies and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell our insurance plans to current and potential clients, and explore new business opportunities through networking and other methods.
- Claims Review: Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and client satisfaction, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services.
Requirements:
- Client-Focused Experience: Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building strong customer relationships.
- Insurance Knowledge: Good knowledge of major types of insurance plans, including life and health insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computers and statistics methods, and strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Education and Certification: High school or BSc degree; professional certification in insurance or a related field is a plus.
