About the Role:

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will lead our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Select, hire, and train sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Create incentive programs and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and report sales results to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to implement community promotions and events.
  • Manage sales reports and analyze traffic numbers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop relationships with preferred buyers and negotiate agreements.
  • Work with the Vice President of Operations to coordinate build times and resolve construction issues.
  • Review sales backlog and ensure projected closings are achieved.
  • Maintain a database of competition products, incentives, and promotions.
  • Manage new community startup process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous new homebuilding sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
