Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Entertainment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to the development of sales programs and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with frequent bending and turning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
