Customer Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our office team in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling medium to high call volumes, and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to retain customers, build new business, and meet customers' expectations.
  • Oversee account management, maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss of customers.
  • Understand Terminix Service Company Inc.'s services and products to clearly share with customers.
  • Offer customer solutions with products and services to meet their needs and resolve any pest and other issues.
Requirements:
  • Call center and/or customer service work experience.
  • Demonstrated sales ability.
  • Ability to discuss services and speak knowledgeably to customers.
  • Ability to up-sell services to customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal with difficult situations or customers.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
