Job Summary:

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Asheville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering multiple phone lines with a welcoming tone and efficiently directing callers to the appropriate department
Listening to customer complaints and resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department
Taking product orders, recording account information, and answering general questions
Performing account information and customer data entry tasks
Assisting in various administrative tasks and supporting other departments

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
Proficient and accurate typing skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and take initiative
Keen attention to detail and strong reasoning skills

Working Conditions:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
$18.00 per hour
