Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At RATP Dev USA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with routing specialists and schedulers to optimize routes and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Review and respond to all incoming calls, confirming details with clients and reviewing reservations two weeks in advance.
  • Discuss client availability and review online reservations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Field incoming calls for exact day requests, ensuring availability and examining possible route changes.
  • Initiate outbound calls to city connect and access to troubleshoot and resolve potential pick-up problems.
  • Ensure service on missed pick-ups by coordinating driver movement in the field.
  • Assist in determining daily driver staffing levels to provide the best mix of responsiveness and productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years of general work experience, including driving experience and customer service experience.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must have been a licensed driver for at least two years.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good computer skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • No criminal convictions or DWI, DUI, assault, or possession.
