Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At RATP Dev USA, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with routing specialists and schedulers to optimize routes and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Respond to incoming calls, confirming all details with clients and reviewing reservations two weeks in advance.
  • Discuss client availability and examine possible route changes to ensure seamless service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve potential pick-up problems before they result in service issues.
  • Coordinate driver movement in the field to ensure service on missed pick-ups.
  • Assist in determining daily driver staffing levels to provide the best mix of responsiveness and productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of general work experience, including driving experience and customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
