Customer Service Lead at Burlington

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service at the front of lines. This includes directing cashier coverage and customer flow to meet the needs of our customers.

Additionally, you will assist the management team in communicating promotions and company updates to our team members. This will help to keep everyone informed and up-to-date on the latest information.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and validating returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions. This will help to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely service.

Finally, you will support training for our team members to help them develop the skills they need to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct cashier coverage and customer flow at the front of lines
