Customer Service Lead

At SunSource, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of corporate products to business and industrial establishments over the telephone and internet.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Source custom, non-standard, value-added solutions to customer problems, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise.
- Enter all sales orders and purchase orders into the computer system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Set up part numbers and manage contract files, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Lead fellow Customer Service Representatives in their group, managing workflow and delegating tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Review and approve pricing/margin on quotes and sales orders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to Customer Service Representatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of the industrial/hydraulic hose and gasket industry, preferred but not required.
