Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K Gulfton St is seeking a skilled Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Train and develop new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure that all store merchandise is built to standard
  • Complete grocery orders and deliveries as needed
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to lead and train others to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
