Customer Service Team Lead

The Customer Service Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customer service department remains competitive.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
