Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at GetixHealth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery and quality assurance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service delivery and quality targets.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve major issues and service failures that impact daily operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or college degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a lead position.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of ensuring team compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
