Job Description

About the Role

  • As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus style center, which includes approximately 40 tenants across 200,000 square feet of space.
  • You will work closely with our Property Administrator to ensure seamless communication with tenants, resolve any property issues or concerns, and dispatch maintenance staff as needed.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for managing tenant improvements and capital expenditure projects, developing and managing budgets, analyzing financials, and preparing financial analysis reports.
  • You will also be responsible for leasing properties, tracking lease agreements, and processing renewals.
  • Furthermore, you will work closely with our engineering partner to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working as a commercial Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Experience with office and industrial space ideal
  • Strong working financial knowledge
