Overview of the Role

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Leader to enhance the effectiveness of our Marketing division. This position will play a crucial role in facilitating the annual planning cycle, managing ongoing strategic priorities, and optimizing cross-functional operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning our marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives, ensuring accountability and efficiency throughout the organization.

The successful applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating expertise in operations management and the ability to lead complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders. A strong background in business strategy, operational planning, and executive communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate both annual and ad hoc planning processes for the marketing team, including managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles, escalate misalignments, and ensure teams are positioned for successful execution.
  • Maintain open lines of communication across all levels of the organization to promote transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Finance, HR, and Analytics to support informed decision-making regarding program prioritization and resource distribution.
  • Oversee critical organizational operations, including resource management, headcount planning, and leadership meetings.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams on collaborative projects, sharing best practices and aligning goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Marketing roles.
  • Experience in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
  • Familiarity with consumer brands, particularly in hardware, retail, or emerging technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Adept at navigating cross-functional challenges to achieve unified objectives.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with executive leadership and adapting to various leadership styles.
  • Understanding of business finance and its role in driving strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive business strategy presentations and executive-level communications.

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/Hr - USD $75.00/Hr and is classified as a Non-Exempt role.

Compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
