About the Role

Talent Grids is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team in driving business growth and expansion within our corporate segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of SaaS closing sales experience in a mid-market or enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion within the corporate segment.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the mid-market segment, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets and objectives.
