- Strategically approach and engage with key decision-makers to peak interest and drive understanding of our solutions.
- Facilitate a seamless transition to the Relationship Manager and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and create reliable forecasts, ensuring transparency with management on pipeline status.
- Closely monitor and meet or exceed quota, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- 3+ years of SaaS closing sales experience.
- Experience with learning (e-learning preferred), media, and HR software.
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors.
